Florida Advanced Spine and Orthopedics is looking to add full and part time X-Ray Technician positions to our growing company. This position will require travel between our Wesley Chapel and Trinity/Odessa office locations. The applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and quality imaging for our Providers to review.
Position Responsibilities:
The ability to use proper radiation protection and precautions while preparing and operating x-ray equipment.
Correct positioning of patients to obtain appropriate and clear imaging.
Performs x-rays accurately and timely to keep clinic flow moving smoothly.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by clinical supervisor and or VP.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
Knowledge of the current trends and techniques of x-ray technology.
Ability to effectively operate x-ray equipment.
Ability to establish effective, professional working relationships with patients and other team members.
Education and Experience:
High School Graduate and or equivalent
Active x-ray license in the State of Florida, required.
Orthopedic imaging experience, at least 1-year minimum experience required.
X-Ray: 3 years minimum, required
Job Type: Part-time and Full-time positions available.
Monday-Friday, day shift
