Liakas Law, P.C. seeks full-time Workers Compensation Associate for its Plaintiff PI Firm in Financial District.

Salary Range: $85,000-$150,000

Schedule:

• Our office is open Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm; in-office position
• A hybrid schedule is also offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities

• handling hearings, trials, depositions
• client contact
• settling cases.
• Knowledge of Section 32s and settlements is also required.
• The successful candidate must be able to handle all aspects of Workers' Compensation cases and work closely with our Personal Injury attorneys to achieve the best results for our clients.
• We expect our employees to be responsible, yet also flexible and understanding of the need to put our clients first.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

License/Certification:

• Bar (Preferred)
