An Employment Attorney is seeking a highly motivated, well-qualified Associate to join our Workers' Compensation team in Burbank, CA.

Key Responsibilities:
Essential functions of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Attorneys are expected to manage a docket of Workers' Compensation cases to resolution
• Associates report directly to an assigned Senior Associate and are supported substantively and administratively by a team of paralegals
• Associates collaborate with Worker's Compensation staff to the extent necessary to achieve a high standard of excellence when serving clients
• Must be comfortable providing guidance to non-attorneys as needed
• Responsible for bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example
• Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• 2+ years of Workers Compensation experience
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar.
