Form of workFud, the world's first social hustling community, is seeking a Work from HomeSide Hustle Expert and Mentor to help our members gain the knowledge and confidence they need to take action and earn extra income. As our Expert and Mentor, you will be responsible for guiding our members towards financial freedom by educating them on various Side Hustles and providing them with the tools and resources they need to be successful.

You will join a community focused on Side Hustles, including:
- Content Creator - YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram
- Reselling and Thrifting - including eBay, Etsy, Mercari, Poshmark, and others
- E-Commerce - including Amazon, Shopify, and your own online store
- Gig Economy - like DoorDash, Uber, or Lyft
- Freelancing and Consulting - social media marketing, graphic design, and more
- Online Business - including blogging, podcasting, and online courses
- Local Services - including cleaning, knife sharpening, notary services, pet waste removal, and more
- Self-Publishing - including Kindle Direct Publishing and Canva
Responsibilities
- Assist members in identifying and developing Side Hustles that align with their skills and interests
- Provide guidance and Mentorship to members on how to launch and run successful Side Hustles
- Create and curate training materials and resources to help members learn new skills and strategies
- Host webinars and Q&A sessions to answer members' questions and provide additional support
- Collaborate with the Fud team to develop and implement new initiatives to support our members
- Actively engage with members in our online community to foster a positive and supportive environment
- Monitor members' progress and provide feedback and encouragement to help them reach their goals
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in side hustling or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and encourage others
- Familiarity with various Side Hustles and their respective industries
- Experience with training and facilitation
- Proven track record of successfully launching and running a Side Hustle
