Work From Home Administrative Office Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE ASSISTANT IS for a BUSY department of 5 people

Looking for a dependable person with a positive attitude to WORK FROM HOME 5 days each week, from 5 to 8 hours each day. This position would rarely require working on a Saturday, possibly NEVER.

100% remote; 100% of the time.

Honest and diligent in time management and organization skills since you will be managing your own time with no physical supervision.

Hours can be flexible but afternoon hours are usually the busiest time

1099 position; no benefits; Time off available in advance but no paid time off; no sick leave.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have a GOOD internet connection

MUST be skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (a test will be administered)

Familiar with Google Sheets and using Google Email & Google Drive (folders and documents)

GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Good customer service when making phone calls to research pricing for a plethora of purchases; making appointments for vehicle repairs (not required but a PLUS if you know vehicle maintenance and warranties); calling hotels we have staff in; great customer service with companies we deal with and new companies we may choose to work with.

Understand simple math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages)

Willing and able to follow directions and prioritize daily tasks

Knowledge of or the ability to learn how to use WhatsApp from a computer or laptop, ZOOM, Dropbox, and navigate websites we use. Willing to learn naming conventions for our files.
