Rothe Enterprises, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative on the Wallops Metrology and Calibration Lab Contract (WMCL) at the Wallops Flight Facility (WFF). The WMCL provides calibration and repair services for customers’ Measuring and Test Equipment (MTE) at WFF.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer interface
- Process incoming and outgoing equipment
- Purchasing coordination
- Tracking
- Vendor communication
- Receiving
- Invoice Verification
- Coordination of outsourcing equipment for calibration and / or repair.
- Maintain office supplies.
- Ensure CSR processes are being followed and quality goals are being met.
- Responsible for shipping and receiving customer equipment and parts through both 3rd party services and in-house methods.
- Assist in other duties as required.
Skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to perform work within specific time limits and adhere to deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail
Experience / Education
- Requires Highschool diploma; plus 3 years of equivalent experience.
- Experience working with multi-discipline teams and customers.
- Costpoint experience is helpful but not required.
Work Conditions
- This position is contingent on successful completion of security badging requirements which include but not limited to background checks, and drug screening.
- Safety and quality awareness and compliance are required.
