- Compensation: Salary (Annually plus monthly commission)
- Prospect for new and existing customers at ACC Properties and Multi-Dwelling Units working closely with Account Managers within AT&T Connected Communities with a focus of meeting or exceeding the following guidelines. 20 property visits and 2 onsite resident events per week. Daily follow up calls/customer service, and report daily results.
- Research and analyze existing accounts for additional sales and revenue opportunities, account discounts, renewal eligibility, with a focus on Wireless, Fiber Internet, and DIRECTV Stream.
- Report on performance regarding goal setting for weekly and month-to-date GP per opportunity, Subsidies, Attachment Revenue, and Activations.
- Assists sales organization in providing post-sales support for customer orders.
- Manage personal training and learning paths for AT&T training monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Ability to manage and report on monthly forecast and complete all expenses reports accurately and on time.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with AT&T Connected Communities a specialized division of AT&T dedicated to creating alliances with apartment ownership and management groups.
- Manage customer account issues and resolutions through superior customer service.
- Ensure all customers are assisted in a friendly, prompt, professional and ethical manner.
- Prepare action plan for monthly ACC OPS Review focusing on 3-month performance report at assigned properties.
- Professional approach and demeanor to be able to communicate and interact with AT&T customers and AT&T Account Managers and Leadership.
- Must have positive attitude, excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, time management, excellent verbal communication skills and ability to be proactive.
