The primary responsibilities of the Wine Bar Ambassador is to provide excellent customer service with the willingness to take the initiative to engage customers with the highest level of integrity. The Wine bar Ambassador will provide food and beverage service and light food preparation. This position will also be responsible for filling glasses with beer drawn from the beer tap and wine tap and serve filled glasses to patron or to worker who serves patrons.

All employees must be 21 years of age.

RBS certification through the ABC (Alcohol Beverage Control) department is required.

Essential Duties:

1. Legally serves beer to patrons
2. Maintain a knowledge of the beers on tap
3. Order supplies as needed and maintain knowledge of inventory on hand
4. Follow proper procedures for opening, closing and efficient operations.
5. Keep tables and surrounding areas clear of trash and empty glassware
6. Check all patrons identification for minimum age restriction for the consumption of alcohol
7. Provide excellent customer service
8. Keep all work areas and equipment clean and organized
9. Wash and sterilize glasses
10. Assist customers in merchandise purchasing
11. Promote and provide information on Company events to customers
12. Responsible for knowing calendar of events of activities and special events, etc.
13. Work large events when necessary
14. Cleaning duties as required
15. Obtain required certification through the Alcohol Beverage Control department
16. Available to work evenings and weekends
17. All other duties assigned by manager

The pay range is $18.20 - $25.60 per hour
