Administrator/Host

We are seeking a self-driven individual for a duel role admin/host.

• Must be available a minimum of 4 days per week.
• Must have weekend availability.
• Typical shift will start at 11am and end at 7pm (business dependent)
• Must have basic computer knowledge including (Microsoft word/excel)
• Host experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 or older to apply

As an Admin, you will set up our shifts for success by managing and directing calls, printing and organizing kitchen sheets, creating private dining menus, product/supply ordering. You must be organized, have strong communication skills, and be able to shift to business needs quickly. This role works directly with management.

At Fleming’s, your first and most important responsibility will be creating memorable moments for our Guests. As a Host, you will be required to greet incoming and departing Guests in a welcoming manner. You will be expected to be organized, friendly, and enjoy making small talk with Guests. You should always be an example of Fleming’s warmth and hospitality including putting our Guests at ease during a wait, answer phones, and direct the calls in a prompt and professional manner.
