Shift :12hr Night Shift (36) Shift Information :1845-0715 On Call, Call Back Requirements: N/A Weekend Rotation: Every other Holiday Requirements: Every other Floating Requirements: As Needed Patient Service Area (PSA): Greater Milwaukee JOB DESCRIPTION Provides basic, quality patient focused care in clinical setting under daily direction and supervision of Registered Nurse (RN) in accordance with the standards of practice within guidelines of corresponding state regulations. Performs delegated tasks in patient care setting that supports environment of patient care and assures patients and family are treated in a holistic manner with dignity and respect.
Attendance policy: Unit policy allows only 2-call offs, and the 3rd will be automatic termination within 13-week contract.

  • Support on the Unit:
    • Charge Nurse, takes patient assignment (Day-1:2; Night- 1:4-5)
    • Unit Secretary (0700-1900)
    • RT 24/7
    • Hospitalist available 24/7
    • Phlebotomy: Peripheral draws; RN: central line
    • Centralized telemetry monitoring, with tele tech
