Summary
Individual is responsible to greet and serve all patrons, and to exceed customer expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Prepare food for catered events
- Serve food and beverage to all customers
- Operation of small equipment; if over the age of 16 years
- Follow all safety procedures; knowledge of food service a plus
- Have or able to obtain valid WV Food Handlers Permit
- Must be at least 18 years of age to serve alcohol and be TIPS trained
- Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and evenings; Schedule varies weekly
- Interact with the public with a cheerful and positive attitude, solve guest problems and complaints in a proper manner, and maintain harmonious working relationships with fellow employees
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Training is provided.
