West Town Payments Sr. Relationship Manager

Summary:
The Sr. Relationship Manager is responsible for the relationship management and sales efforts within assigned business initiatives with the objective of driving topline growth by managing business-to-business sales processes. This role would report into the Vice President of Sales and work closely with the Vice President of Sales to develop new and active business relationships. Highly motivated and forward-thinking, the ideal candidate must be a strategic and critical thinker with a proven record of success exceeding sales and business development goals.
Job Duties:
- Execute go-to-market strategies to support sales efforts within assigned business initiatives.
- Work closely with sales leadership to develop and execute strategies.
- Coordinate relationship management and sales efforts with internal teams to provide input for sales and marketing materials, market intelligence and product feedback.
- Proactively develop strong relationships with prospective and current agent and client relationships with the objective of structuring long-term relationships
- Coordinate business development and relationship-building efforts with external partners who have been successful at cultivating relationships with target prospects.
- Possess a strong understanding of West Town Payments and Dart Bank’s products and services, and the ability to articulate these in a compelling manner.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage prospective clients, analyze data and trends, and provide updates to senior leadership on the status and strategic direction of key prospects and relationships.

- Adheres specifically to all Bank policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations and laws.
- Has responsibility for following regulatory requirements including those pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Identification Program (CIP), and OFAC to assist in the identification, detection and determent of money laundering or other unlawful activities.

Knowledge Requirements:
Minimum Education/
Certification:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Required Knowledge:
Knowledge or experience managing a multi-channel Sales or Business Development strategy focusing on eCommerce, Retail, and MOTO clients.
Preferred Knowledge:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as finance, accounting or business administration is preferred. Additional banking courses through a banking school would be also be helpful.
Experience Requirements:
Required Experience:
5-10 years of sales or relationship management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Preferred Experience:
Demonstrated ability to lead all aspects of the sales and relationship management process for prospects and current relationships.
Skills Requirements:
Required Skills:
Strong computer skills: including a working knowledge of Microsoft® Office Suite, contact management software, and various payment industry software products. Detail-oriented and have the ability to organize tasks and set priorities. Exhibit strong leadership skills. Ability to work independently.
