D3 is seeking a Business Relationship ManagerTerritory, that is passionate about supporting our customers. D3 provides its team members the room to grow and the support & leadership to succeed with great earning potential.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Relationship Manager will demonstrate a passion for customer service by focusing on supporting D3 customers through onboarding, customer service calls, and contract renewals. The role also includes supporting the outside sales team in efforts to gain new business.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Renewal of annual Software and Service contracts for Territory Sales
  • Primary go to contact for customers and directly solve their issues or route to the appropriate team member to solve for Incoming Calls, Chats, and Market Qualified Leads.
  • Ownership of the customer relationship which means making decisions regarding what is best for the customer.
  • Invoicing Autodesk subscription renewal contracts and D3 support contracts
  • Assurance of order accuracy
  • Processing of Transactional Sales Orders
  • Sales Support Order submittals, etc.
  • Customer Communication to include notifications of policy changes, product promos, etc.
  • Customer Contract management in CRM
  • Customer Satisfaction Management to include survey follow-ups
  • Proactively identify, research and resolve customer issues

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1 to 2 years successful experience in a Customer Service Role or Inside Sales Role
  • College degree or equivalent work experience

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Professional writing and verbal communication skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to communicate thoughts and information via phone or email clearly and concisely
  • Working collaboratively with others
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership in work completed
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
  • Using talents to positively affect customer experiences
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Working knowledge of Windows environment and Microsoft Office products.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

LOCATION & TERRITORY:
  • Territory will cover clients across the US
  • Report to a D3 office located within 50 miles of your home address
  • D3 will provide the required computer systems and software
  • Accommodation and requirements for Remote-Worker-Exception
    • Manager approval
    • Home address exceeds 50 miles from the closest D3 office
    • Dedicated Home Office
    • Quiet location, free from distractions
    • Reliable High-Speed Internet with minimum performance of Download 10 Mbps & Upload 5 Mbps
    • Observe standard hours of operation
    • This is a non-reimbursable expense, consult your tax preparer for potential deductions.

COMPENSATION: Salary (based upon experience) plus Performance Based Pay (PBP).
