Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to spearhead expansion and oversight of our innovative workplace well-being coaching business that focuses on the care and wellness of professionals who care for others. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership, business acumen, and a passion for promoting well-being and personal growth in workplace settings. This role requires strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation.
As the Program Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the program, including managing a team of coaches, monitoring for implementation fidelity, and ensuring the program's success through effective coordination, evaluation, and adaptation. In this role, you will also work with the Managing Partners to drive program expansion by identifying new business opportunities, engaging in outreach, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand existing relationships within the health coaching industry.
- Explore partnerships and collaborations with organizations, institutions, and influencers to promote the program and expand its reach.
- Lead initiatives to establish the program in new geographical areas
- Build relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance program integration and sustainability.
2. Program Implementation and Evaluation:
- Oversee the implementation of coaching sessions, workshops, and other program activities.
- Ensure that coaching methodologies align with evidence-based practices and industry standards.
- Work with contracted evaluator to monitor program outcomes and evaluate effectiveness through data analysis and participant feedback.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.
3. Participant Engagement and Support:
- Develop strategies to recruit and retain program participants.
- Implement methods for assessing participant needs and tracking progress.
4. Team Management:
- Recruit, onboard, and supervise a team of health coaches
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and mentorship to coaches to ensure they deliver high-quality coaching services.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages collaboration, creativity, and growth.
5. Administrative Duties:
- Manage program budget, resources, and administrative tasks effectively.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and funders as needed.
6. Marketing and Branding:
- Create compelling messaging and promotional materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of our health coaching services.
- Oversee social media presence to attract clients and build brand awareness.
- Utilize analytics and feedback to evaluate marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, public health, health promotion, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in program management, preferably in the health, wellness, or coaching industry.
Passion for promoting health and wellness and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Strong understanding of health & wellness coaching principles, practices, and industry standards.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organization skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of identifying and driving growth opportunities.
Self-motivated and solutions-oriented with strong initiative.
Familiarity with financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other relevant software applications.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Certification in health coaching or related field is a plus.
