Welder/Fabricator

We are looking for a talented metal fabricator to build high-quality Interior Steel Doors for our clientele throughout the country . As a metal fabricator you will be responsible for reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, fabricating steel doors or small interior structures and performing quality checks on finished products.

Metal Fabricator Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting engineering/solidworks blueprints.
• MIG and TIG welding
• Constructing base templates if necessary.
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic mathematical skills
• Organized workspace
• Double-checking design specifications before commencing fabrication
• Willing to seek guidance and use internal resources
• Fabricating and constructing metal components.
• Grinding and finishing product
• Ensuring that product falls within precise tolerances
• Conforming with state and company safety regulations.
• Working through our simple online software Monday.com

Metal Fabricator Requirements:

• Previous work experience as a metal fabricator.
• MIG and TIG welding 3-5 year experience required
• Knowledge of engineering design and manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to lift and handle products
• Ability to stand for long periods.

This is a full time position of 40 hours per week. Wage based on experience and ability to perform.
