Welder And Fabricator

Fabricator/Welder

Duties:

-This position will primarily consist of building and repairing heavy equipment and implements commonly used for clearing land, such as root rakes, excavator buckets, dozer blades, etc.

- Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure accurate dimensions
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to fabricate and weld metal components
- Utilize lifting equipment to move heavy materials
- Apply mechanical knowledge to assemble and build structures according to specifications

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a fabricator/welder or similar role
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Ability to operate a crane or other lifting equipment safely
- Mechanical knowledge for assembly and building tasks
