Job Description:
We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player to join our team at our Kalamazoo, MI location. The person we are looking for is a positive, energetic, and motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with guests, staff and visitors. Wednesday through Sunday 1st and 2nd Shift.
Overview/Summary
The Main Entry Desk and Office of Kalamazoo Gospel Ministries is the first area of contact that visitors have upon entering our Ministry. It reflects the professionalism and kindness of KGM but most importantly, reflection of Christ’s Love.
The Main Entry Staff receive and greet all who enter and all who phone as well as directs them to the appropriate department they are needing. Each team member performs various administrative duties listed below under the direction of Front Desk Manager and VP of Administration.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Possess and promote a drug and nicotine free lifestyle.
