This is a very fast paced virtual role requiring exceptional customer service skills to support our team members with inquiries related to all areas of Human Resources.
Our People Solutions Center Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing accurate and consistent responses to human resources-related inquiries from employees at Spectrum Health. The nature of the work spans all human resources functions including payroll, benefits, policies and procedures. The representative will use a knowledge and case management software platform to ensure adherence to standard operating procedure with regards to recording, addressing, and resolving incoming questions in a timely manner. The role requires collaboration with other departments within HR.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
