Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Dispatcher. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient dispatch of our emergency medical services.
Responsibilities:
- Receive non-emergency calls and inquiries from clients, healthcare professionals, and the general public.
- Gather essential information including location, nature of the request, and any pertinent details.
- Dispatch appropriate medical response teams based on the nature and urgency of the situation.
- Coordinate with field personnel to ensure timely arrival to the patient or facility.
- Provide reassurance and support to callers while maintaining professionalism and composure.
- Document all calls and dispatch activities accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize response times and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or dispatching preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.03 - $20.19 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
