We’re a young, dynamic, technologically progressive, and rapidly growing logistics company in the pharmaceutical delivery space in search of a Dispatcher to support our Eatontown, NJ area customer.

What Will You be Paid?
$17-20 per hour.
When Will You be Working?
Saturday & Sunday 12:30 pm - 8:30 pm.

34 Industrial Way East Eatontown, NJ 07724 .
How will you make an impact?
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Promptly dispatch contracted delivery drivers at the request of SDS Customers.
- Record data into SDS computer systems to maintain data integrity and provide accurate reporting both internally and to our customers.
- Consistently meet or exceed service levels established by the customer.
- Maintain excellent communication between the customer, Regional Manager, and the drivers in the field.
- Other relative tasks assigned by Dispatch and/or Regional Manager.
You're a perfect fit for this position if you have...
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous call center or customer service experience (1 year).
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to fulfill tasks from beginning to end and identify where follow-up is required.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to track multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Consistent adherence to corporate and departmental policies and procedures.
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
