Trucking Dispatcher

Duties:

- Enter data into the transportation management system
- Utilize phone systems to communicate with drivers and customers
- Manage fleet operations and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Collaborate with drivers and other dispatchers to ensure smooth transportation operations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Experience:

- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or transportation management is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and working with transportation management systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $615.00 per week
