Weekend Baker

Are you ready to make some DOUGH at the fastest-growing cookie company in the nation? We are looking for energetic & driven individuals to be part of our Crumbl Crew at the Cottonwood store!

Baker Job Requirements: (must be at least 18+)

Up to $12.75/hr PLUS $1 to $3+ per hour in tips!

• No previous baking experience is needed but is always a plus - Paid Training!
• 18+ required to run our industrial mixers and ovens
• Must be willing to work weekdays and at least two weekends a month
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift 50lbs

Baker Responsibilities:

• Reading and understanding Crumbl recipes
• Measuring and combining ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
• Decorating and displaying the finished product
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing world class customer service
• Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
• Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
