Culture A Day Spa is seeking a weekend Assistant Spa Manager who is well organized, has strong communication skills and enjoys customer service. They need to be detail oriented with leadership qualities and manage time well. Detailed knowledge of all services and products is required in order to provide clients with the best personalized service. The Assistant Spa Manager will work directly with Management and Ownership to learn the role of Assistant Manager through a custom training program.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and a few weekday closing shifts.
- 3+ years of spa experience
- 1+ years of management experience
- Associates degree or greater strongly preferred
- Have a polished appearance per our dress code guidelines (willing to cover any visible tattoos or facial piercings during shift hours). Only natural hair colors accepted, unless approved by Spa Manager. Nails must be kept clean; neutral polishes only.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with managers, team members and guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales-driven, and have a customer service-oriented personality, as position requires making spa/product recommendations and selling of products and services.
- Ability to accurately receive payments, keep record, answer the phone, book/confirm appointments, check clients in and out.
- Run front desk and back of house with a team or solo
- Must have ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, while maintaining professionalism.
- Understanding of inventory needs, including pricing, stocking, and requesting/placing orders
- Partake in regular meetings with Spa Manager and/or Ownership
- Recruit and conduct pre-screening and secondary interviews
- Correctly coordinate and oversee guest’s appointments, service changes and dining requests
- Ability to anticipate, handle and overcome client and team objections.
- Interacts agreeably with consideration towards guests and team members.
- Ensure spa is well maintained to guarantee the highest guest experience.
- Stock locker room, lounge, dining room and treatment rooms with appropriate amenities such as towels, robes, beverages, snacks, etc..
- Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk and carry up to 30lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand and move throughout spa and continuously perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
