Overview for Assistant Spa Manager
Provide management of Woodhouse Spa -Galleria by effectively scheduling and implementing the spa's resources to support consistent compliance with spa guidelines, policies, and quality guest service while successfully meeting goals.
Responsibilities

• Scheduling of spa team to ensure quality guest service
• Welcome, onboard & assist with training new employees
• Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to team
• Take direction & assist Spa Director and Guest Relations Manager
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking and time management skills
• Provide support in fielding guest complaints, conducting thorough research to develop the most effective solutions and negotiate results.
• Be available and able to assist in all aspects of hospitality including spa attendant operations as needed based on business needs.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
