Position: Venue Sales Manager at Ring a Bell Celebrations
As the Venue Sales Manager at Ring a Bell Celebrations you will have a key role in attracting new clients to our gorgeous and newly built wedding and event venue in Miami Florida. As part of our team you would help us not just book more events, but increase our revenue per event through upselling during the booking process once the client is booked. We are a small team that is growing and we need you to jump in and be part of our amazing team of event professionals.

Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in a high end event venue, hotel or country club (required).
General Overview:
This is primarily a sales position where you will be focused on generating leads, responding to inquiries, giving tours, creating proposals, closing contracts, and upselling clients after the close of contract.
**This is not a wedding planner position. We assist clients with planning from a venue and catering perspective. We require all wedding clients to hire a Day-Of Coordinator to manage their vendors and execute their event.
Duties: (not all inclusive)
Respond Lighting Fast to All Leads with Helpful
Required to respond (within 1 hour) to all incoming leads during business hours
Required to respond to leads once per evening after business hours
Required to respond to leads once per day on weekends
Consistently Manages a Clean Pipeline
Daily check-ins with all active leads
Clean out old leads
Call, Text and Email for consistent communication
Identifies Market Potential by
Qualifying Incoming Leads for Weddings, Socials and Corporate Events.
Attending Networking Events to Spread the Word and Make Connections
Presents Self and Company in a Professional Way with
Casual + Professional Business Attire

Attend up to 20 Events Per Year

Greet the Client and attend to their Needs throughout the event.
Reports to: Venue Owner
Proposed Start Date: February 2024
Pay: Base + Commission on Sales
Hours: Flexible Schedule with 3 Saturdays required each month
As our Sales Manager, your schedule can be somewhat flexible to accommodate tours, meetings, and phone calls with potential clients. Your schedule will be approved by the Venue Owner. The days and times off each week might vary depending on what events and tours are booked for the week. This job will require working some nights and weekends (Friday-Sunday), including opening each event for which you are assigned.
