Wedding Coordinator

We are seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Coordinator to join our team. As a Wedding Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings, ensuring that each event is unique, memorable, and exceeds client expectations. Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding
- Coordinate all logistical details of the wedding, vendor management, and timeline creation (most coordinators start with the couple 3 months before wedding date)
- Assist with the styling of the wedding, setup centerpieces, dessert table, and anything else the couple has set aside for you to decorate with.
- Coordinate all necessary services for the wedding day, such as catering, transportation, entertainment, and photography.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of the wedding venue
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise on the wedding day

Experience:
- Experience as a Wedding Planner or in a similar role is not required but preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- 4+ years of hospitality, service industry, or banquet management is required

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 30 per week
