Job Description
Excellent entry level position for those wanting to begin their career in the Event and Wedding industry. Willing to train the right candidate. Opportunity to grow with the company and advance to Venue and Event Manager.
Work Schedule
- Due to the nature of our business, all candidates must be able to work every weekend, Easter, and New Years Eve. 5-day work week will include every weekend. Days-off will be assigned during weekdays.
- Must be available weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of events, including sales, setup, execution, and breakdown- Assist with expediting lunch and dinner service -Handles all day-to-day office and administrative duties such as: email correspondence, phone calls, data entry, menu selection, and floor plan creations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints that arise.
Experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills in English. Spanish or Polish is a plus.
- Professional attire and appearance is a must- you are the face of our venue!
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell services.
- Experience in event planning is a plus.
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Schedule:
