SUMMARY
This role is instrumental in the planning and promotion of a customer-centric website marketing strategy. The Website Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will increase traffic and generate increased conversions. The Website Marketing Manager collaborates with our in-store marketing, website, events, merchandising and email team to develop content and cohesive plans that communicate our brand, our promotional strategies, and elevate our relationship with our guests. Ideal candidate will be able to analyze website traffic, develop strategy on top/low performing pages, improve upsell and related product opportunities. This role is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in the Home Office and 2 days remote.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Spearhead holistic content planning for the website on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Build and manage universal calendar reflecting the coordination of website, in store, email, digital and social promotion for seamless timing of promotional execution across all of our channels
- Analyzing website traffic statistics to measure the effectiveness of online campaigns
- Developing and implementing website marketing strategy designed to meet business goals
- Developing new strategies for increasing web traffic and conversions
- Developing and implementing strategies for improving conversion rates and generating leads from website visitors
- Create consistent product descriptions that also improve SEO, management of product photography, management of web video content and lifestyle photography, creation and management of web promotional assets and landing pages
- Conduct continuous evaluation of digital space, competitive landscape and emerging platforms, tools and technologies to drive enhancements to processes and content and web experience
- Develop and maintain a dashboard of metrics to present to Director
- Manage and maintain our directory listing platform to ensure the listings are as up-to-date as possible
- Create and execute the strategy to grow our SMS platform to yield a strong ROI
- Ability to analyze GA and website analytics to improve page and category traffic and conversions
- Performs other duties as assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5-7 years ecommerce space or digital marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Ecommerce or related field required
- Exceptional ability to develop clear, concise and eye-catching presentations for a range of audiences and needs
- Experience planning digital-first messages and creative across multiple platforms, ad types and objectives, from awareness to conversion
- Exceptional communication skills
- Must be a self-starter who combines a high level of creativity and energy with strong project management skills
- Must care deeply about - and work to foster - positive team culture and collaboration, even amidst a challenging and demanding workload
- Ability to handle multiple projects and complete tasks quickly and effectively
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
