SalaryDescription:The Spartan Management Group owns and operates multiple Home Service businesses across the U.S. We are rapidly growing and adding positions to support our locations, including a full-time Website Designer. An ideal candidate is someone who is acquiring or has completed an education in marketing and/or has freelance experience. This position is a great first step in being part of a successful and growing business that not only supports our businesses across the US but also sells services to other businesses as well.
While there are specific job responsibilities outlined below, the position requires a willingness to be flexible and assist in a variety of ways. In general, those holding this position must work well with the team, be detail-oriented, and be able to multi-task. As with all on our team, you must take ownership of your success and failures in order to excel.
This is a Full-Time In Office Position
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Webpage Design
- On-Site SEO Optimization
- Website Updates
- Landing Page Design
- Blog Writing
- Coordination with Offsite SEO vendors (Linkbuilding)
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Experience within Squarespace Website Design
- Fundamental CSS, HTML, and Javascript Knowledge
- Experience with Design Software (Adobe Suite, Canva, VEGAS Pro)
- Usage of Large Language Models (LLMs) to produce correct and "unique" content
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- SEO Best Practices
- Experience working with the home services industry is a plus

Requirements:
- Degree in advertising, marketing or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B relations
- 1-3 years of experience in customer relations
- Dependable team player
