We're building a revolutionary platform that empowers users to order food and receive perks as they enjoy video games, following their favorite creator, streaming and attending a virtual esports tournament. As our Web3 Social Marketing/Community Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and building a passionate community around our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Magic:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across key platforms like Discord, Telegram and Twitter..
- Craft compelling content (written, visual, audio) that educates, engages, and excites our community about Web3 and our project.
- Foster meaningful conversations and interactions with community members, building trust and loyalty.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the curve.
- Represent Devour on spaces, AMAs and any online opportunities to evangelize Devour's platform.
- Community Champion:
- Cultivate a vibrant and inclusive community where users feel heard and valued.
- Organize and host online and offline events to bring the community together and strengthen connections.
- Encourage peer-to-peer support and knowledge sharing within the community.
- Act as a bridge between the development team and the community, facilitating feedback and ensuring user needs are met.
- Content Crafter:
- Develop a content calendar with a mix of educational, entertaining, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and video scripts.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Web3 trends and news, weaving them into content to keep the community informed.
- Analytics Ace:
- Track and analyze social media and community engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of your strategies.
- Generate insightful reports and recommendations for optimization and growth.
- Stay on top of industry trends and adapt your approach based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- A deep understanding of Web3 concepts and technologies (blockchain, smart contracts, DeFi, NFTs, etc.)
- Proven experience in social media marketing and community management, preferably in the Web3 space.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for building and engaging online communities.
- Bonus points for experience with content creation (video editing, graphic design), event planning, and Discord/Telegram moderation.
