Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Estimated Duration:6 months with possible conversion to direct hire.
Work Setting: Hybrid – 3 days in office per week.
Requirements:
• Availability to work at the Client’s site in Tampa, FL (required);
• Experience in planning, designing, developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting client server applications in an enterprise environment using C# and ASP.NET. (5+ years);
• Experience in front-end web development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (4+ years);
• Experience using OOD, coding standards, and the software development lifecycle (3+ years);
• Experience with T-SQL and database design (3+ years);
• Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) principles;
• Experience with .NET Core framework and its ecosystem, including ASP.NET Core for building web applications;
• Experience with version control systems like Git;
• Experience with testing environments (e.g., unit, functional, integration, regression, acceptance testing) (preferred);
• Experience with creating and consuming web services (preferred);
• Experience with modern front-end UI frameworks such as React or Vue (preferred);
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or an associate degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a technical field, high school diploma or possession of a GED certificate with appropriate experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Write and maintain .NET applications that touch all parts of Client’s to include law enforcement, detention, human resources, finance, and integration with agency criminal justice partners;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex software issues;
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks;
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain web and client solutions;
• Work with end users to analyze requirements and create application design documents and procedures;
• Uphold development standards for the enterprise;
• Apply development practices and processes in the creation of enterprise-level applications and services;
• Perform other related duties as required;
• May be required to possess a valid Florida Driver License at time of employment
