Fiduciary Services provides tax, fiduciary and specialized account administration services for the Private Bank and Private Client Services businesses in Asset Management. As asset managers, we:
- Think specialty assets can be a valuable part of clients' overall portfolio.
- Understand not all specialty assets are "good" assets for all clients, so we make recommendations about the overall desirability of each asset.
- Function as investment analysts, determining whether or not an asset meets the objectives of the portfolio.
As mineral property managers, we:
- Handle sales, leasing, contract negotiations, surface inspections, cash flow and well activity analysis, revenue payments, ad valorem taxes, and more.
- Provide detailed accounting on a property-by-property basis.
- Perform annual reviews with clients.
- Oversee asset set up and verification of division of interest.
- Research and cure title issues.
Job Responsibilities:
Primary focus is to support and work alongside our Mineral Property Managers to maximize assets, deepen existing relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Lease pricing and well research
- Title review and research
- Prepare client presentations
- Balancing and verifying income and expenses
- Escheated funds and unclaimed property
- Documenting lease proposals
- Review and remediate data
- Image documents to land database
- Perform production audits, lease status and land research
- Assist with annual reviews
- Monitor division orders and well payment status
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- College Degree required
- Minimum 2 years Oil and Gas land/division order experience
- Computer literate including Word, Excel and Power Point
- AAPL, NALTA or NADOA membership preferred
