Lobby Services Representative - Personal Banker

We have an immediate opening with a growing team in support of opening a new bank branch located in the Park Cities!

POSITION DESCRIPTION

This position will share responsibilities that support multiple departments and business functions with others in a similar role, providing an opportunity to interact with and understand multiple processes and disciplines in a dynamic private banking business model. This role does not have sales incentives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support for new project/product implementation through all business functions
• Process collection items, wire requests, stop payments, and check orders
• Safe Deposit services including opening, closing and client entrance
• Data entry and/or verification of input to the bank's core system
• Daily imaging functions, including scanning, indexing and filing all client deposit account documents to storage servers.
• Various direct client service support
• Maintaining cash drawer
• Assist with cash vault services
• Handle foreign currency orders
• Instant issue debit card processing and assistance with fraud reporting and recovery
• Provide ongoing support for Lobby Services, deposit operations and loan administration as needed
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager of Lobby Services

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years relevant experience
• Prior Bank Lobby Operation experience
• Prior cash handling and traditional paying and receiving experience
• Experience with supporting front-line treasury management services, including ACH Origination, Wire Transfer, Remote Deposit, Business Banking, Positive Pay, and Merchant Services
• Strong client service skills, including written and oral communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including experience with MS Office and other windows-based software
• Desire to work in a rapidly growing business with an extremely high degree of customer service expectations
• Must consent to and have favorable consumer report and background check
