Riverhouse Waterfront Restaurant is hiring Front of House Managers. Riverhouse is a waterfront, casual fine dining full-service restaurant located on the Manatee River in Palmetto, Florida (minutes from Bradenton, and 30 to 60 minutes south of St. Pete and Tampa). Riverhouse features multiple dining experiences including inside and outside dining, dockside patio bar, upscale Second Floor dining, and multiple private rooms for events and banquets.

Hiring: Event and Front of House Manager.
General Job Description: Coordinate and manager Restaurant Events, banquets, and private Dining Room. Manage front of house staff and service flow.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage front of house team members
- Supervise various business activities
- Ensure hospitality to our customers and resolve any issues
- Communicated and Interact with team members, managers, and owners
- Train front of house team members
- Perform opening and closing checklists, paperwork, systems and procedures
- Work with Back of House to ensure food quality, plate presentation, portion control, order accuracy, and timeliness
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality and/or food service
- Serve Safe Food Service Manager Certification (will assist in obtaining if don't already have)
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with restaurant POS Systems
- Honesty, dependability, and integrity is a must

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Event and Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of Restaurant Events, private dining, and fine dining. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, customer service, team leading, restaurant management, and event management. As manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing a team of staff members, and maintaining high standards of food production and handling.
