Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in the restoration industry for Commercial and/or Residential Properties. This person will coordinate with homeowners, crews, insurance adjusters, and related professionals to get the work done, and be responsible for quality/damage control. This person should be well trained in customer service, computer skills (typing daily notes is a large part of the job) and be very detailed oriented and organized.
Responsibilities include client interface, cost & schedule estimating programming, planning, cost control, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
The day to day functions consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
Lead and Manage the Water/Fire/Mold Mitigation business
Must be able to inspect, scope, and estimate Water damaged and mold losses.
Must have the ability to work with insurance adjusters.
Being the day to day point of contact for the client, capturing new orders and requests and ensuring that these are disseminated to the local teams.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients as well as internal operations and planning teams
Evaluate client feedback and resolve issues in a timely manner
Daily effective communication with clients, client concierge, and talent to ensure sessions go well; meeting/exceeding customer expectations
Manage and coordinate selected project vendors in collaboration
Qualifications
Communications - Strong and consistent communication skills to build and nurture relationships with clients as well as internal project managers and operational leadership as required to assist in meeting delivery deadlines.
Management - Profound understanding of subtitling and production technologies and associated challenges and issues. Proactively communicate with the client to keep the process of ongoing production visible. Consistent focus on scheduling and supporting the internal teams to meet the client requirements.
Delivery & Operational - Able to provide a strong delivery and operational leadership with an eye for detail. Pragmatic in approach and able to solve problems to ensure that delivery quality, cost and timing is on or ahead of standards and expectations. Ability to influence others to drive improved outcomes for the business.
Precision in Work Output: Work collaboratively with minimal supervision while managing aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities, including customer-specific requirements for each project.

Sales: 2 years (Required)
Water damage restoration: 1 year (Preferred)
Construction: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
