Job Description:
You will be responsible for managing incoming calls, identifying potential clients, and efficiently scheduling inspections and meetings according to supervisor availability and proximity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide potential clients towards scheduling appointments. Emphasize the value and benefits of our services to encourage commitment to appointments.
- Answer incoming calls on the main line promptly and professionally.
- Identify potential clients' needs and concerns and schedule meetings or inspections accordingly.
- Multitask efficiently across multiple communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of dispatching duties.
- Coordinate and keep track of supervisors' schedules, ensuring optimal time management and resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively with field supervisors to relay important information and updates from clients.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of all dispatching activities and client interactions.
- Responsible for answering phones incoming calls received outside of company hours, ensuring prompt responsiveness and excellent customer service around the clock.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar dispatching or customer service role, preferably in the restoration, construction industry, or home services.
- Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
