Water Damage Technician / Restoration Technician

We are seeking a Water Damage Technician to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to perform inspections, set-up equipment, monitor drying levels, enter data using our software's, as well as effectively communicating with the customer and our estimator/coordinators.

Previous experience is a huge plus but we will train as well. Being bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus but not necessary. Competitive pay based on experience. Commission pay

Responsibilities:

• Sketching, taking photos, and identifying wet materials in a property using our equipment
• Getting the proper forms signed such as ATR, COS...
• Properly setting up equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers...
• Effective communication with the customer as well as with our estimator/coordinators and pack out/demo crew
• Monitoring the drying progress and picking up the equipment once dry standard has been reached
• Performing other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Water Damage Technician or other related fields
• Familiarity with using software's such as Mica or Restore 365
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to drive a company van/truck
• Ability to work overtime, be on call, and work weekends
• Ability to speak fluent English
• Must be willing to allow a background check
