Job Description
We are seeking a Water Damage Technician to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to perform inspections, set-up equipment, monitor drying levels, enter data using our software's, as well as effectively communicating with the customer and our estimator/coordinators.
Previous experience is a huge plus but we will train as well. Being bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus but not necessary. Competitive pay based on experience. Commission pay
Responsibilities:
- Sketching, taking photos, and identifying wet materials in a property using our equipment
- Getting the proper forms signed such as ATR, COS...
- Properly setting up equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers...
- Effective communication with the customer as well as with our estimator/coordinators and pack out/demo crew
- Monitoring the drying progress and picking up the equipment once dry standard has been reached
- Performing other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Water Damage Technician or other related fields
- Familiarity with using software's such as Mica or Restore 365
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to drive a company van/truck
- Ability to work overtime, be on call, and work weekends
- Ability to speak fluent English
- Must be willing to allow a background check
Pluses, but not necessary for Employment:

- WRT Certification
- Mold Certification
- Demo or Pack Out (Contents) Experience
