Form of work- Manage customers Warranty and field Charging modules issues.
- Regularly access, download and categorize warranty claims.
- Obtain detailed customer complaints and dealer repairs.
- Update and maintain monthly reports with customer scorecard, C/1000 Glidepath, Pareto, Warranty cost.
- Conduct Warranty return part reviews with suppliers, Quality, and with plants, and maintain part return database.
- Present Warranty information to management and follow-up on any requests.
- Collaborate with internal Development teams (Engineering, Quality, Program Management) by providing Warranty data and following up on any internal activities for correcting Warranty issues.
- Create/and or follow up with warranty GIMs and to make sure are closed within the required period.
Requirements
- Engineering degree.
- 1+years of practical experience.
- Strong Verbal and writing communications skills.
- Basic knowledge of Warranty System.
- Skills in Microsoft tools and have the skills to create Parato charts and PowerPoint presentations.
