Warehouse/Production Assistant

Client of Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a:

Warehouse worker

Mon-Friday

7:30am-4:30pm

$17  hourly 

As a Warehouse/Production Assistant you will report directly to operations management and President and is accountable to them for work performance  Performs a variety of duties normal for a manufacturing environment. Work involves frequent heavy lifting and operation of machinery.  Possible travel to job sites to install products, after proper familiarization with the products.

Looking for someone that has strong sense of pride in their work, mechanically inclined, forklift experience highly required and punctuality is a strong point. 

Responsibilities:

•  Manufactures and repairs the Aqua-Barrier and any other related products.
• Stores and maintains inventory of the warehouse including, but not limited to, the above-mentioned products.
• Prepares inventory for delivery to job site.
• Operates the following machinery/tools as required:  forklift, wedge welder, extractor, grinders, drill press, grommet machine, sewing machines and various hand tools.
• Travels to train customers on installation of products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Educational and Training Requirements:

•  Basic reading, writing and math skills as normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent. 
• Warehouse production experience
• Excellent analytical skills, problem solving skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Other considerations may be made at the discretion of the President.
