Warehouse Worker - Night Shift

Royal Manufacturing is an integrated provider of building products for the kitchen and bathroom. The company manufactures and distributes a variety of product offerings for the bath space including acrylic tubs for all designs, as well as shower pans. Royal Manufacturing also fabricates and installs custom countertops with a broad product offering including granite, engineered marble, quartz, and solid surfaces.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Helper will perform activities required by the Distribution Manager and Director of Operations with the receiving and staging of the company's inventory. The helper will also be required to perform production tasks when needed.

Responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other equipment
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Organize and maintain warehouse space to optimize efficiency
- Operate machinery and equipment as needed, following safety protocols
- Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping as required

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Mechanical knowledge and ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail for quality control purposes
- Physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds)
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
