Open Position: Rotating Swing shifts 12 hours.

What You Will Do

• Reports to the warehouse supervisor and leads their crew in providing safe and efficient operational support for all manufacturing operations.
• Reviews the daily schedule and staffing creating a plan that will provide the best service to our customer
• Adapts to various personnel and operational challenges ensuring service to our customer is not interrupted
• Talks with their operators throughout the shift ensuring obstacles are handled pro-actively and they are receiving the necessary direction and support
• Partners with supervisor continuously looking for opportunities to develop each operator's capabilities to maximize the capabilities of the operator and operation
• Evaluates overtime needs and makes appropriate yes or no decision
• Partners with each customer throughout their shift to ensure proper service is being provided and to stay aware of any schedule changes
• Work with department trainer, on-crew trainer and supervisor to ensure training is executed and documented.
• Resolve quality issues (on-hold, breakage, eliminate waste etc.)
• Responsible for monitoring projects
• Monitor and resolve the YY99 and rack association report each day using your learnings to build the teams capabilities
• Ensure housekeeping is completed throughout the shift
• Set up the next crew for success and tie-in
• Produce end of shift report for daily communication throughout the plant.
• Lead crew (pre-shift) meeting, departmental meetings, and JHA/Glass Interface Form completion
• Assist the Supervisor in advancing our Safety vision, PBM culture, and KPI goals

Who you are (Basic Qualification)

• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• At least 2 years of experience leading a crew or team
