Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assigns work assignments for all 1st shift warehouse staffing, keeping in mind customer specifications.
• Oversees the loading of outbound freight according to customer specifications.
• Review deliveries for poor packing and general conditions of materials. Alert Customer Service Rep, Warehouse Director, and when necessary COO of any problems.
• Oversees and assign the processing of shipment paperwork as required to include the scanning of BOL's.
• Responsible to see that all shipments are recorded and verified and the accuracy of the shipment against the paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries.
• Monitors the quality and accuracy of all shipments according to customer specifications.
• Ensures that the department staff meets the requirements of each customer and that any requirement changes are up-dated and all staffing is trained on any changes to a customer
• Ensure the safety, training and development of employees, drivers, and contractors, in accordance with OSHA and RJW policies and procedures.
• Perform assigned tasks or other duties as instructed by Warehouse Manager or COO.

Qualifications:
• 3+year experience in customer service logistics or transportation field.
• Dispatch experience
Education and/or Experience Required:
• High School Diploma or general education diploma (GED) is preferred and some college.
