- Supervise Lift Truck Operators in their daily activities including directing, training and evaluating
- Optimize warehouse space utilization by developing plans based on production schedules and customer requirements to minimize overall warehousing costs.
- Conduct job safety training for plant personnel involved with lift truck operation.
- Manage the plant’s pallet component inventory including physical counts, reconciling, sorting and distributing the components.
- Manage inventory record accuracy including cycle counts, investigations, and adjustments
- Oversee lift truck maintenance and inspections.
- Manage product flow between LCLP, customers, and off-site warehouses.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for the Warehouse department.
- Review shipping/receiving paperwork for accuracy.
- Fill in as an LTO as necessary.
- 0-25% travel may be required.
- Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
- Computer usage and typing skills are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

Compensation Statement: The expected salary range for the position described in this posting is made in accordance with the legal mandates of certain jurisdictions within the United States.
