We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced professional at our North American headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio, as a Creative Services Manager, overseeing creative projects and design work for the Formica, FENIX, Arpa and Trespa Brands.
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing warehouse activities including order fulfillment, inventory replenishment, and shipping functions. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing associates on their designated shift which includes: training associates on standardized procedures, mentoring staff in an effort to continuously improve the effectiveness of the workforce, monitor and track productivity performances, and write and administer performance evaluations.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supervise shift associates
- Schedule the workforce to meet customer requirements
- Assure that quality and productivity expectations are attained
- Maintain a safe work environment within the facility
- Train employees on standardized warehouse procedures
- Coach/Mentor associates to meet key performance measurements
- Back-fill positions within warehouse as needed
Position Requirements:
- 2-year degree or equivalent work experience
- WMS – preferably AS/400
- Microsoft Office
- Warehouse Experience – forklift, mobile equipment, saws
- Manufacturing experience- familiar with manufacturing equipment and minor maintenance
