How this position fits at Scrapbook.com:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will work on-site, full time, at our headquarters in Gilbert, Arizona. The schedule varies between 6:30 am - 6:30 pm Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays 6:30 am - 3:30 pm.

The mission of the Scrapbook.com Warehouse Supervisor is to lead and develop a team of colleagues to perform their best at serving customers within the functions of the warehouse.

Outcomes of this Role:

• Will support the Warehouse Manager in leading, managing, holding accountable, developing, and training colleagues, with high-functioning, healthy teams within the warehouse.
• Will ensure the team performs at a high level of customer care, process discipline, speed, efficiency, and accuracy in assigned functions through daily communication and interaction with each team member, ensuring new hires receive appropriate training, leading daily huddles, and developing and coaching team members.
• Will cross-train and be proficient in all warehouse roles in fulfillment and receiving. Will stay diligently involved with warehouse colleagues and their warehouse functions to ensure they feel assisted and supported so tasks are successfully executed.
• Will proactively utilize leader standard work, anticipate needs on the warehouse floor and take action independently to ensure priorities are accomplished.
• Support all administrative functions of the warehouse including scheduling, approving timecards, tracking attendance, ordering supplies and utilizing Lean Principles.
• Will adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, procedures, and company policies to mitigate risk (OSHA, Arizona Labor Laws).
• Will support Scrapbook.com Warehouse Safety Programs and own the Bloodborne Pathogen and Lockout Tagout programs.
• Will actively and enthusiastically learn Scrapbook.com leadership principles and culture by reading and internalizing assigned material and participating in management training.
• Will take on other jobs as assigned.

You Meet the Following Requirements:

• High School Degree or equivalent. College degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficient in developing team members.
• Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety required.
• Basic understanding of Lean Principles preferred.
• Proficient with technology and software to include Google Docs and Sheets.
