The position consists of two primary roles, Warehouse and Inventory, both of which coincide with each other.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for cleaning and keeping the warehouse organized. Implementing and maintaining warehouse processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and optimizing warehouse operations to meet productivity targets. You will be responsible for loading/unloading daily. Working closely with our building manager to aid in general building maintenance/upkeep. As a Parts runners you are responsible for receiving, managing, and delivering parts.
As an Inventory specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient operations. Your role involves monitoring inventory levels, conducting audits, coordinating stock replenishment, and implementing inventory control measures to minimize losses and maximize profitability. You will be responsible for maintaining manufacturer stock levels by ordering as needed from our vendors. You will be responsible for unloading vendor shipments and putting away in a timely manner and Inventory tracking.
Qualifications:

PAY TRANSPARENCY:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $20-$22hr the actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
