The Warehouse Shift Supervisor is responsible for all phases of facility storage and shipping operations; safely and efficiently. The position is responsible for the supervision of Finished Goods and Raw Material Product Handlers assigned to shift operations. You Will
Review warehouse reports and resolve warehouse, inventory and shipping/receiving problems to minimize costs and ensure proper logistics operations.
Work with the customer to ensure change order requests are accurately processed.
Monitor and manage shipping functions. Compile, store and retrieve warehouse data. Review production orders or schedules to coordinate warehouse activities and ensure production and quality of product meets specifications.
Be responsible for the accuracy of team’s transactions and material movements. Capable of completing Excel reports, charts, and business processes.
Ensure all standards are upheld during the shift, including GMP, Quality and Safety; maintaining our standing as one of America’s Safest Companies.
Coordinate team meetings and collaborate within and across the operation to drive continuous improvement.
Work with new team members to train on logistics procedures and equipment. Relieve Material Handlers for breaks and meals.
Work with the Warehouse Manager with regard to the performance evaluation of Material Handlers.
You Have
Flexibility to work either 12 hour schedules: 5:45 am/pm - 6:15 pm/am, along with overtime, as needed for coverage.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Warehouse Lead/Supervisor, preferably working with equipment used for high-volume production.
Experience using computer software, such as SAP.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
You'll Earn
$26 & up, based on experience.
Night shift includes a shift differential of $1.25.
California and Federal overtime rules apply.
