Hiring for a Warehouse Shipping and Receiving associate, previous warehouse experience is not required but is a plus. Bilingual in Mandarin and English is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy of contents and ensuring proper documentation
• Identify and communicate potential inventory issues.
• Organize and stock inventory in designated areas
• Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare shipping labels and documents for outgoing shipments
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Basic customer service for questions/cancelled order/Return/Refund.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in Shipping and Receiving or a related field preferred but not required
• Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and warehouse operations
• Basic math skills for inventory management and order accuracy
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners oversea
