SalarySUMMARY
Receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within the Douglas Machines Corp. warehouse by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivery of parts off Shortage Report & sending emails for Delivery Notification.
- Unloading of trucks (receiving)
- Receiving/Inspecting/Stocking of incoming parts.
- Shipping/Packing of FedEx shipments.
- Back up for Logistics for LTL and Dedicated Carriers
- Ability to work overtime as necessary
- A willingness to work with others on job tasks and develop ideals for improvement.
- Ability to focus and stay task oriented until task is completed.
- Ability to work independently within the department area.
- Willing to clean and assist in maintaining an orderly work area.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 12 months or more warehouse experience
- Demonstrated computer skills necessary to perform data entry
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Strong Customer Service skills required; very good communications skills
- Ability to do repetitive tasks without variation
Salary: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
