Warehouse Clerk/Shipping & Receiving

Launch 3 Telecom is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse associate with previous wireless experience. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor to a high-volume distribution facility. This role will focus on providing our customers an exemplary level of service by driving inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, task prioritization, and network communication.

Duties:
- Operate forklift to move materials and unload trucks
- Articulate information through all channels of communication
- Stack and organize products in designated areas
- Perform inventory control and cycle counting
- Assist with process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience, preferably in the wireless telecom or broadband industry.
- Familiarity with wireless telecom equipment and materials
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Skills:
- Distribution: Understanding of distribution operations and processes within a warehouse environment
- 3PL: Knowledge of third-party logistics operations and procedures
- Inventory control: Experience with inventory management, including tracking, counting, and reconciling stock levels
- Process improvement: Ability to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to optimize warehouse processes
- Warehouse management system (WMS): Proficiency in using WMS software to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports
- Familiarity with Oracle NETSUITE or similar warehouse management software is a plus
- Warehouse: Understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods
- Logistics: Knowledge of logistics principles and practices related to warehouse operations
